Yup, my cat brought in a live mouse and dropped...
Spent ten minutes trying to coax it out into the open to get it. Ended up bringing my cat back in to help me find it. Managed to corner it into a cup. Freed it outside far far away from my garden. My cat keeps looking at me eagerly and affectionately I think he thinks I was trying to help him or s/t.
